If you find this story/blogpost interesting and/or had helped you in any way (in your researches, works, travels, blogs, adventures, homeworks at school, a personal project and more), I'd like to hear a word or two from wonderful people like you or simply Like "pagnapagna" in Facebook. I'd be very thankful. It gives me inspirations. Cheers!

-my pagnapagna-

Still at Poblacion Uno, Currimao, Ilocos Norte, from the old watchtower, under the heat of the noon sun, we walked to the nearby Tabacalera ruins.
It is a fenced area wherein there were some 2 to 3 residential houses inside. There were also some mounds of sand beside the ruins. It must be a "sand and gravel" business thing.
After asking permission from one of the residents, I went near and inside the structure.
Made generally of bricks, the structure is now roofless. Its walls are strengthened with exterior buttresses and can be mistaken as a church.
The structure is also included in the list of pending cultural properties for consideration for declaration as Important Properties or National Cultural Treasures by the National Museum for 2016.

After taking some photographs and videos of the structure, we rode a tricycle going to the national highway.
