Please practice the leave no trace outdoor ethics when going to these nature places.
Let us not vandalize, put graffiti on their rocks and stone walls.

-my pagnapagna-

After getting information on how to get to the waterfalls, from the Municipal hall of Sablan (6:43 am), i walked my way westward along the main highway. Arrived at Toing Store at around (6:54 am).
A concrete steps are made linking the road and the falls below.

the steps going down to the falls

Nobody was around as i walked down the steps.

A steel stairs
I arrived at the waterfalls area at 7:05 am.

There it was, the waterfalls cascading from a stone wall and below were two more cascades.
I tried to get down to the lower cascades but it was hard to reach at that time since the stones at the mountainside that i have to step on were mossy and moist that made it slippery.
I lingered there for some hours enjoying the waterfalls.

While i was doing my sketch, three people came to visit the waterfalls. A young lady together with her two bestfriends in pinks were having their photos taken with the waterfalls as their background. I did not really said hello or mind them as they were taking pictures behind me for i am "shy" at that time or most of the times hehehe! Then they left and i got the place all to myself again.

I continued sketching, getting photos, videos and at times just listening to the murmuring waters.
Until at  11:04 am, i left the area.

As i walked the concrete steps going up, i actually started counting the steps.

I counted 483 steps all in all (there might be discrepancies on my count). I arrived at the uppermost steps where the road was at 11:16 pm.
There were people standing there by the roadside.
I thirst, so i went at a store nearby (Toing Store) and bought softdrinks. The store owner asked me if i went down at the waterfalls. I said yes, then he let me log to a book because it's a policy. Every visitors to the waterfalls must log on to that book. I came early that morning so, they did not saw me going down to the falls.
After talking with them, i went back to Sablan town proper at 11: 31 pm.

-end of pagnapagna-

There is an ADVISORY posted at the entry to the waterfalls due to an unexpected incident that happened before, thus, probably no swimming allowed at this time to prevent further accidents. The Barangay Authorities let the visitors sign on their logbook (at Toing Store) for proper documentation and accounting of people going to the waterfalls.
