Please, let us practice the "LEAVE NO TRACE" (LNT) outdoor ethics.

Let us not vandalize, etch or write on its natural surfaces such as rocks and bark of trees.

Manage our waste products properly. Do not leave your garbage behind, bring it with you

when there is no proper disposal in the area. Do not litter!

Respect wildlife, "nature" and the local culture.

Minimize our impact!

Safety should be our priority!

Decided to visit the area for the third time.

The BURGOS (La Union) Municipal Hall

Took a tricycle ride from the Market area going to Sitio Bolikewkew of Barangay Delles. Alighted just few meters uphill from the bridge after barangay Delles and went to the river "Ambelenges/Ambalangaw".

The Waterfalls
It is a series of small waterfalls cascading along the Ambalangaw river @ Sitio Ambelenges just beside the Bolikewkew rice terraces.
Some of these small waterfalls has a natural pool area or basin that are good for taking a dip but not deep enough for diving (diving is a no-no).

Lingered there and even took a dip in its waters at the uppermost cascades but left the area at around 1 o'clock in the afternoon bound for Home Sweet Home.
